ABOUT US

Gray Company, Inc. was established in 1996 by Todd Gray.  Todd worked in the oil business for the first 20 years of his professional career, but never felt completely fulfilled in the oil & gas industry.  Since his father, Larry Gray, had worked as a Lineman, Line Foreman, Line Superintendent and Operations Manager during his 42 years of service at Noble REMC, Todd turned to power & energy to find his true calling.  Unlike his father who spent years building & maintaining power lines, Todd decided to focus on the safety and maintenance side of the business. And it has remained a family tradition as Todd's oldest son works as a Lineman at Noble REMC, while his youngest son and son-in-law maintain the daily operations at Gray Company, Inc.

When Gray Company was originally formed, it was primarily a tool repair shop that also provided on-site testing services for fiberglass hot sticks.  We have since grown into a full-service utility repair & testing facility.  In addition to testing fiberglass hot sticks, we dielectric test rubber & plastic cover up equipment and insulated jumper cable, and we complete ground testing requirements, all of which are in compliance to OSHA & ASTM standards.  We are also an authorized service center of Fairmont & Greenlee tools.  Our specialized on-site testing capabilities allow us to extend well beyond our facility in northern Indiana as we reach co-ops, municipalities & contractors throughout the entire Midwest.  We look to form long lasting partnerships with our customers, are committed to the quality of our work and stand by the work we do.
